Each hose in our system is meticulously labeled with detailed information to ensure easy identification and traceability:
- Identification Tags: All hoses are labeled with a pneumatically stamped stainless steel identification tag that includes the hose number, company name, PSI of the test, date of the test, and the next due test.
- Secure Attachment: Tags are secured to the hose using two stainless steel attaching bands for durability and reliability.
- Additional Stamping: For both drop hoses and chemical hoses, the hose ID and manufacture date are stamped under each cam arm for additional identification.
