CRN
(Canadian Registration Number)

What is CRN?

CRN stands for Canadian Registration Number, administered by TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority). It is required for hoses used in service over 15 psi pressure and attached to a registered piping system. CRN certification treats hose assemblies as pressure vessels.

B620-09

We provide training, certification, and testing services to ensure your company’s hoses comply with B620-09. This standard specifies requirements for the design, construction, maintenance, inspection, and testing of highway and portable tanks used to transport dangerous goods.

CSA (Canadian Standards Association)

What is CSA Certification?

CSA certification is required for hoses used to transport propane, natural gas, or anhydrous ammonia. CSA hose assemblies are issued a unique ID number and must display the CSA certification logo. There is no requirement for a yearly retest.

  • Applies to stainless steel braided hoses and rubber/composite hoses.
  • Certification ensures hoses meet specific safety standards.
  • No annual retesting required.

TSSA
(Technical Standards and Safety Authority)

TSSA certification ensures that our products meet stringent safety regulations for technical and safety-sensitive applications. It provides validation that our hoses are compliant with safety standards and are safe for use in demanding environments.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system. This certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across our operations (Stoney Creek & Kingston branches excluded).

NAHAD
(National Association for Hose and Accessories Distribution)

NAHAD certification signifies adherence to high standards for hose assembly safety, quality, and reliability. Membership in NAHAD indicates our dedication to maintaining industry best practices and ensuring product reliability.
